If I’m understanding correctly: It sounds like your account was successfully verified, but when you sign in, it isn’t showing the full Education feature set yet. To help move things forward, could you try activating your setup by following these steps: Figma for Education → Create, upgrade, or join a team → To upgrade an existing team?
This is often the final step needed before Education access appears.
When you have a moment, can you let me know:
- whether you were verified through SheerID, and
- what happens when you try the activation steps above?
With that information, I can determine the right next steps and make sure this gets sorted out for you.
