Library constantly prompts “Publish” despite no changes to components!

I’m at my wits end with this one. I am constantly publishing a good portion of my design system despite not doing any changes to my core components.

I have gone through my file to make sure there were no other conflicts or pulling variables/tokens/styles from other files. Sometimes I’ll make a change to a component that is NOT connected to any other component and Figma still gives me a huge list of components that have apparently been updated and need to be republished. Please help!
