liberação do plano educacional

Segui o passo a passo para realizar a verificação, e estou aprovado pela SheerID para ter acesso ao plano educacional, porém não foi o que aconteceu, o figma apenas me deu acesso ao plano gratuito que não possui as funções necessárias para dar continuidade as aulas da universidade… Por favor corrijam isso, preciso dar continuidade nas aulas. Estudo na Universidade Catolica de Salvador (Ucsal)

I understand that you signed up for the Education plan but aren’t seeing access to the features you need.
