Its been 2 months for figma education and no response

Hey ​@dinosaur890123, so I’ve got the following response from our team: 

We appreciate your application for K12 Figma for Education access. In order to approve your domain, we would need a teacher or administrator from your school to apply. They can do that through the exact form you completed!

I asked them to apply, they said they already completed it last year to no response. And they have tried doing it again. Could you please check on this

At this point, the best next step would be for the teacher or school administrator to reach out directly to education@figma.com so the Education team can review the case more closely from their side.

If there’s already a support ticket associated with this, feel free to share the ticket number here. I’m happy to help escalate it internally so it gets visibility. 

I know this has been a long back-and-forth, I’d like to get this resolved for you asap!
