It's my personal design work, and as far as I remember, the December 22nd and December 15th works are completely missing files. I checked all the trash cans and version records and drafts, and they're completely gone

I understand that you’re missing work from December 22nd and December 15th, and that the files or versions from those dates no longer appear.

I checked on our end and can see that you currently have access to multiple teams, including Starter and Student teams.

As you may already know, each team has its own Projects, Drafts, and Trash, so please make sure to double-check those sections across all teams you’re a member of.

You can switch between teams in the file browser by clicking the down arrow next to the team name in the sidebar.

If you’re still unable to locate the file after checking all teams, could you please share the file URL so we can look into this further?

Additionally, to help us better understand the situation, please let us know which of the following applies:

• You’re unable to access the file entirely, or
• The file is accessible, but you can’t find the versions from December 22nd and December 15th in the version history

If you don’t have the URL handy, you may be able to find it in one of the following places:

• Desktop app: Right-click the file tab and select Copy link, or check File → Recently Closed
• Browser: Your web browser’s history
• Any past conversations where you may have shared the file with collaborators
