I’ve been having a few issues on my account since the recent updates rolled out. The new UI changes aren’t working properly on my end, and the Vectorize feature isn’t functioning at all.
I’m on the Edu plan not sure if that’s related, but wanted to mention it in case it’s relevant.
Could you help me get this sorted out? Thanks!

Figma AI features are currently not available on Education plan. You can find more information in this Help Center article.
Regarding the Vectorize feature, this feature is available on paid plans within Figma Design and Draw. You can learn more about how it works here: Convert static images to vector layers.
If you need broader access to Figma AI tools for your studies, upgrading to a Professional plan would give you access to all Figma AI features, along with a higher monthly AI credit limit.
