Hello Figma Support,
I’m experiencing an issue with my billing.
Currently, I have an unpaid invoice on my account, and because of that, I’m unable to manage my subscription — specifically, I cannot cancel it or switch plans. The system seems to block any actions due to the outstanding invoice.
Could you please clarify:
- Why I’m unable to cancel my subscription while the invoice is unpaid?
- Is it possible to cancel the subscription without paying this invoice?
- Alternatively, could you remove or reset the invoice so I can manage my plan?
At the moment, this situation prevents me from resolving my subscription status.
