Issue with unpaid invoice blocking subscription cancellation

Hello Figma Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with my billing.

Currently, I have an unpaid invoice on my account, and because of that, I’m unable to manage my subscription — specifically, I cannot cancel it or switch plans. The system seems to block any actions due to the outstanding invoice.

Could you please clarify:

  1. Why I’m unable to cancel my subscription while the invoice is unpaid?
  2. Is it possible to cancel the subscription without paying this invoice?
  3. Alternatively, could you remove or reset the invoice so I can manage my plan?

At the moment, this situation prevents me from resolving my subscription status.

When there’s an unpaid invoice, it can limit certain actions on the account until it’s resolved, which is likely why you’re running into those restrictions right now.
