Issue With Team-Wide File Access After Projects-to-Folders Update

Hi Figma Support,

We're experiencing an issue with file permissions following the recent update that replaced Projects with Folders.

We're currently on an Organization plan, and previously, we were able to give all team members access to our projects and files by default.

Since the update, we can no longer find an option to grant team-wide access to all folders and files. When we add new members, they don't automatically have access to our existing files.

This is causing issues with onboarding and collaboration, as we need all team members to have access to our team's files without manually sharing each folder or file.

Could you please clarify:

1. Is there still a way to grant all team members access to all folders and files by default?

2. Has this functionality been removed or changed with the recent update?

3. How can we ensure that both existing and newly added members automatically have access to all team files?

Our goal is simple: every team member should automatically have access to all team files, including newly created ones, without requiring manual permission management.

We'd appreciate your guidance on how to restore this behavior.
