Issue with Subscription Cancellation and Continued Charges

Hello Figma Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am contacting you regarding an issue with my subscription. I have already canceled my Figma subscription, however I am still being charged, which is confusing and concerning for me.

I would appreciate it if you could please check my account and confirm:

That my subscription has been successfully canceled

The reason why charges are still being deducted

Whether a refund is possible for any charges made after cancellation

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
