Issue with Student Status Verification

My name is Sveva Saini, and I am currently a student at Politecnico di Milano.

This morning, I attempted to verify my student status through SheerID; however, I encountered an error message stating that I had exceeded the maximum number of attempts allowed to verify my student identity.

My university e-mail address is [redacted by forum moderator to remove PII], and my expected graduation date is September 2028.

I would be very grateful if you could assist me in resolving this issue and completing the student verification process.Thank you very much for your time and assistance.

For the “Verification Limit Exceeded” error, please email our verification partner at figmasupport@sheerid.com and ask them to reset your verification limit. Include the email address you used for verification and a screenshot of the error.

(SheerID manages higher education verification and has the tools needed to reset verification attempts. Neither the Community Support team nor the Figma Education team can manually verify your student status or reset this limit.)

Please also keep your email address and student documents in the private support conversation. Thank you for your patience, I hope you’re able to complete your verification soon!
