Issue with plugin

So I’m completely new to figma, I got it because a bootcamp is teaching it. We were working on redesigning login pages and i was told to use brandfetch plugin. I searched up the plugin chose the brand I needed the logo from (which is snapchat), after clicking on it i  just get stuck on a white page nothing comes up at all, i tried on both desktop app and web app same issue

    You can find the support email for Brandfetch plugin on that plugin's homepage:

    The plugin's creator will then report any bugs in Figma to us, thank you!
