issue with figma make (i have full seat Plan)

Unable to use figma make i have a full seat paln but it showing now a ai credit limit but when i go in credit section it show no enforcement of credit limit on full seats. i have two more account with same plan they are working well but this account show ai credit limit and am unable to use figma make
