Issue with Changing Email Address - "Link expired or malformed" error

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot change my account email address.

Even after entering my new email, providing my password, and clicking the verification link sent to the new email, I receive the following error message: "Sorry, your link has expired or is malformed."

I have already tried the solutions suggested in this community topic (https://forum.figma.com/t/not-able-to-change-email-id/50409), but the same error persists.

Could you please look into this and let me know how I can successfully update my email address?

Hey ​@finenuts, thanks for reaching out! 

You can find instructions in our Help Center: Update email address and password
 
When you click the confirmation link from your email, make sure you log in a final time with the original email address or password on the account. That will verify the change and link your account to your new details moving forward.
 
Can you please try in an incognito browser? If you're still having trouble, I can get you connected to our support team to help out!

I followed the instructions you provided, but unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved. It is still not working.
