Issue with account still being on starter plan after student verification approval

Hi

My account ([redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]) still shows starter plan instead of the professional plan. I verified through sheer ID in which it was approve but still shows the account in starter plan. I tried to re verify but keeps says exceeded the limits for verification. Can my verification be migrated to this account.  Have open tickets but no one has responded . Request assistance. One of my open tickets with screenshot is # 1850783. Thanks

In the meantime, a couple of things that might help narrow this down:

Education access isn’t applied automatically to a team: You may need to create a new team or upgrade an existing one. This Help Center article walks through the steps in detail:

Account mismatch: It’s also possible the verified Education status was applied to a different Figma account. Please confirm you’re logged into the same account you used during the SheerID verification process.

 

If you believe your Education status was applied to the wrong account, you can submit this form and our team will help out. Please note, the Figma team cannot move status from an account associated with educational email address to an account associated with a personal email address.

Hi I applied to the account mismatch seems I had the account under my personal email I then deleted that account thinking I had my education plan under by school email address. So I applied that needs to be move from my personal to my school email address(main Figma account holder). How long does take to process this issue? Thanks again for the help.
