Hi Figma Support,

I hope you're doing well!

My student license is expiring in 11 days, and I would like to downgrade my account to the Starter plan. However, when I try to do so, the "Downgrade" button doesn't seem to work — nothing happens when I click it.

Is there another way I can switch to the Starter plan manually, or could you assist me with this transition?

At the moment, there's no direct way to switch from a Student team back to the Starter plan manually, which is why the "Downgrade" button isn't working for you. I’ve gone ahead and submitted a support ticket on your behalf to get this resolved for you — your ticket number is #1325086.
