I understand you're experiencing a sudden issue with your custom fonts being unavailable, showing "No fonts installed by you".
We'd like to troubleshoot this together, so would you be able to check a few things for us?
- Does this issue occur in the desktop app, browsers, or both?
- Which OS and OS version are you currently using?
- If you have any firewalls installed on your device, try temporarily disabling them to see if that helps.
If this is happening in your browser, could you also please try the following:
- Re-install the Figma Agent (also known as the font helper) from https://www.figma.com/downloads/ and run the application.
- Make sure that Figma Agent is running in the background by checking your Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (Mac) and filtering by "Figma."
- If any extensions installed on your browser, can you try to disable them to see if that helps?
