Hello, 

I have the full-seat and I am the admin, but I not able to use inspect mode. Moreover, I am not able to access dev-mode, even though I am paying for that mode. 

What is the issue?

Hello Celine, 

I appreciate the response. I performed a right click on the document and I needed to move the file to my folder after saving it as a copy. I can now inspect and make changes if needed. Very much appreciated.

Hey TyDavis, Celine from Figma here!  Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Inspect Mode / Dev Mode despite having a Full seat. 
This can happen when the file doesn't belong to the team where the seat was purchased.
