Inquiry regarding inability to receive verification email due to Apple ID change

Hello,

I have been using Figma with my Apple ID email. However, I recently changed my Apple ID to a new email address and no longer have access to the inbox of my previous email address.

Currently, when I attempt to log in, Figma sends a verification code to the old email, so I am unable to complete the login process.

Please let me know if any identity verification steps are required. I will take immediate action to provide whatever is needed.

I understand that you’ve lost access to the email address associated with your Apple ID, which is also linked to your Figma account, and that you’re unable to receive the verification code needed to log in.

 

If emails from your previous address are being forwarded to your current inbox, the quickest way to regain access is to reset your password. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to update the email address from your account settings.

If you’re not forwarding emails from that address, our support team can help manually update the email address on your account.
