Pretty sure this is a bug. On this particular shape, which is identical to the other shapes, there is no individual corners option for the stroke.

Thanks for reaching out. It is an interesting one. Though the independent corners setting is available for only rectangles and frames, I see “Mixed” with this vector path. I hope to check if we can reproduce this, so, would you be able to share the file link with access to support-share@figma.com? It won't affect your billing. I hope I can investigate it further!
