Incorrect charge for Professional Pro Plan

Dear Figma Team,

I am currently on a Professional Plan where i pay $20 per month. Now for this month of November 2025, why am i seeing that i owe $56.77? What is it for? What has changed? I need access to my Figma so i can make my steady $20 per month. Unless there’s some valid explanation to this.

Hi ​@EnoObong George , Celine from Figma here, happy to assist! Unexpected charges can definitely be confusing, but since billing questions involve account-specific details, we’re not able to review or confirm charges here in the Forum.

In some cases, a higher invoice appears if additional paid seats were added to the team. Our support team will be able to confirm exactly what happened.
