Incorrect charge for Professional plan — my account is on Starter/Free

Hello,

 

Although I have cancelled my subscription and I now have a starter plan and my workspace is listed as Free, I have been charged 12,40 € for the Professional Plan.

I have tried multiple times to reach out to support.

Please contact me through my email and refound it, as I do believe it was a mistake.

Dear Figma Team,

I am currently on a Professional Plan where i pay $20 per month. Now for this month of November 2025, why am i seeing that i owe $56.77? What is it for? What has changed? I need access to my Figma so i can make my steady $20 per month. Unless there’s some valid explanation to this.
