here is the border color in design mode, which is the blue main color and the gray color is effectively covered by the top blue main color (it is correct).
however, when switching to the dev mode, the style CSS is not correct displayed. The border color should be the blue main color actually, and it confused the dev people to get the correct CSS code as well.
please check and fix it.
