Can someone explain how, in 2025, the leading UX/UI design platform still can’t provide a simple way to manage annual seats from within the app?

 

The panel to control seats makes it ridiculously easy to add them, yet does an extremely poor job explaining how it actually works. The number you enter isn’t the total you want to confirm instead it’s treated as an addition on top of your existing seats. Conveniently there’s no mention to the logic at all.

 

And once you realize the mistake, too late since now you’re locked out of any way to fix it. No edit, no removal, no self-service management.

 

It honestly feels like the billing interface was designed to trap users into over-subscribing. For a company built around great UX, this experience is beyond disappointing. Despicable, really.
