Impossible to log a support ticket

Honestly support has become useless in Figma. Keeps directing me to a support page and there is no way to log a support ticket. I need to contact the pricing team ASAP as they issued a wrong invoice. 

 

Any suggestions on how to email to a real human with a support ticket?
