First of all — huge fan of Figma Make. It’s an amazing product, our whole studio’s been obsessed with it since day one. But right now we’ve hit a major roadblock that completely stopped our workflow 😬

The issue is with the “Import from Figma” feature in Figma Make simply doesn’t work.
When you click the button — absolutely nothing happens (no error, message no loading, no import)

— tested it on several different accounts
— restarted and reinstalled the app
— tried using it via browser and in new files

it’s literally blocking our entire studio’s workflow. Please help us fix this
love

Hi! «Import from Figma» button does nothing

I have a Full Seat accounts and this button since yesterday stopped responding in both desktop app and web version of Figma, in any file — new or old

I just press it and it does nothing in any file
How can I fix it?

Hey @exestudio, thanks for flagging this and for walking through the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried. Sorry to hear this is affecting your team’s workflow.

I tested this on my end and can confirm I’m seeing the same lack of an error message when the import doesn’t complete — definitely something worth flagging internally, and I’ll raise this with the team as an opportunity for clearer in-app guidance.

To help narrow things down a bit further, could you share a few quick details?

If the issue continues after those checks, our Technical Quality team can take a closer look at the specific file. You can start that process by submitting this secure form and including:

  1. the link to this Forum post for context
  2. a link to the file where this is happening
  3. Can edit access granted to support-share@figma.com
  4. a short screen recording showing the issue in action.

Appreciate you taking the time to share these details — it’ll help us pinpoint what’s going on here.

Hi @vladgruzinov20 — thanks for flagging this and for including the screenshot! The behavior you’re describing looks similar to what @exestudio reported as well, so I’ve gone ahead and merged your post into this thread to keep updates in one place.

When you have a moment, please review the suggestions shared above. If you’re still running into trouble afterward, could you share file access with our Technical Quality team using the form linked earlier? That will help them take a closer look. 🙏🏻
