Images are blank in my Figma file

Hi. I went to an old figma file where I compile my case study presentations. All my images show up as blank now and won’t load in. I’ve tried clearing my cache and nothing is working. Hoping to get some help as this is urgent.

    I can see on our end that your partner created a support ticket on your behalf (case #1505518).
    Because the case needs to be tied to the affected Figma email account, could you ask your partner to cc you on that ticket? Once you’re added, you can reply with a file example to help us investigate. Thank you!
