I would like to request a refund

Hello,

I would like to request a refund and also cancel my subscription to ensure that there are no future charges.

I subscribed because I found information on Google indicating that I would be able to convert my Figma website into HTML code for WordPress. However, I have spent the last three days trying to do this and have not been able to achieve what I had planned.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the service, as it did not meet my expectations or the purpose for which I purchased the subscription.

Could you please assist me with the refund process and confirm the cancellation of my subscription?

For privacy and security reasons, we're not able to process billing requests like refunds and cancellations here on the Forum. 

Our refund policy is that subscription payments are non-refundable, but our customer support team reviews situations like this individually. Please reach out to our customer support team through our Support Hub and submit a request.

Once that's in, we will follow up with you directly by email.
