I wasn't sent a livestream join link for virtual Config 2026

I have a virtual ticket to view the livestreams for Config 2026 but I was never given a way to join. I tried to talk to Fig the AI chatbot but it said that I should have already recieved an email about it. I checked my junk and spam folders and there is nothing there. I have recieved the confirmation and event start emails but I’ve heard nothing about a way to watch the speakers. Even while logged in, there is nothing on the homepage of the Config website to indicate a way to join despite the event being currently ongoing. What’s the point of signing up for a virtual conference if there is no way to view it and no customer support to call? I have a request placed with support but I haven’t heard anything back from them yet either. If anyone can tell me how to proceed, I’d appreciate it!

Hey @Casmic, thanks for reaching out!

The keynote livestream doesn't actually start until 9am PDT today, so you haven't missed anything yet!

When it does go live, you won't need a separate join link. Virtual access runs directly through the Config website, so here's what to do:

  1. Head to config.figma.com and log in with the email address you used to register. Once you're signed in, the video player for the livestream will be on the homepage.
  2. If you're logged in and the player isn't showing up, try logging out and back in to refresh your session.
  3. Also worth doing one more check of your spam and junk folders in case any Config emails landed there.

Let us know here if you run into any trouble, we'll keep this open until you're in!

OMG thank you! I am so sorry I forgot to take the different timezones into account. That’s a little embarassing on my end but I was able to pull up the livestream on the website.
