I was charged after cancelling the subscription

Hey, I subscribed on october 6th, was charged on the same day, then month later on november 6th. I cancelled my subscription on november 8th. Then few days back (december 6th) I was charged AGAIN, even though I deleted my billing data.
What’s even stranger the date on the newest invoice says Start: Nov 06, 2025 End: Dec 06, 2025, just like on the previous one, though the amount is different.
I tried this AI chat, but it said it would only allow human contact when being on pro plan LMAO
