I waited the verification email for new account

我一直在等新账号的验证邮件,但一直没收到。
我检查了收件箱和垃圾邮件箱,都没找到。
我点击了“重新发送”,但还是没有收到任何验证邮件,也没有收到 Figma 发来的邮件。

Thanks for reaching out and explaining the situation! I understand how confusing it can be to wait for a verification email and not receive anything.

Here are a few things you can check first:

  1. Please double-check that the email address you used is spelled correctly.

  2. Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

  3. If you’re using a work or school email address, your email provider or IT team may be blocking emails from Figma. In that case, please ask them to allow emails from Figma’s domain.

  4. If you’re using a VPN, try disabling it and then click Resend again.

If you’ve already tried all of the above and still aren’t receiving any emails from Figma, this will need to be reviewed by our Support team on the backend. I’ve sent you a DM with next steps on how to contact them securely.
