I waited the verification email for education status

I successfully logged into my school email on Figma today, but on the page applying for a school education plan, after filling in some basic information, the page displayed "Get the free Figma Education plan for your classroom, Please follow the steps below to verify your education status“

However, I haven't received the verification email, even though I received emails when verifying a new account login previously.

I hope Figma can help me resolve this issue, or perhaps I can send proof of enrollment and use another method to verify my education status. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you were able to successfully log into Figma using your school email, but you’re not receiving the education verification email needed to continue applying for the Figma Education plan.

Could you try checking your spam/junk folder, and also make sure you’re checking the inbox for the same email address used during the application?

I was also able to locate your support ticket (#1906649) and have added an internal note to help increase its visibility with the team.
