Question

I signed up but can't use Figma at all.

I keep getting errors when I try to open a file. It starts to load then it craps out and returns to the main screen. I can’t do anything.

    Hi, ​@Melanie Smith. Thanks for posting about this - I’m sure this is frustrating for you. 

     

    I can see that you’ve attempted to get some help with this via ticket and received a response - did you try any of the suggestions in the response and did any of those help or change what happens when you open the file? Also, could you let me know some specifics about the browser and computer you are using? It would be helpful to know what operating system and browser you are using as well as which version. I also recommend reviewing the system requirements for Figma to make sure that your computer meets those.
