i register 5$ seat, then I see my account not updated and money is not withdrawed in my bank account, I transfer again but this time my bank acocount lost 10$ while my Figame account still not updated

mình đăng ký chỗ 5$ thì thấy tài khoản chưa cập nhật và tiền cũng không rút về tài khoản ngân hàng, mình chuyển khoản lại nhưng lần này tài khoản ngân hàng của mình mất 10$ trong khi tài khoản Figame của mình vẫn chưa cập nhật

From what I understand, it sounds like you were trying to add a single seat to your account, but you’re now seeing activity on your bank statement that doesn’t seem to match what’s reflected in your Figma account.

I’m not able to view or discuss account-specific billing details here in the public space, but this article may explain what you may be seeing and how to resolve it: There are additional charges in my Figma bill → My bill is higher than expected.

Hi, 
I am facing same issue with my professional account for some reason I can’t login on the community with that account. Like it automatically logs itself in.

We’ve paid twice now and both the time we’ve gotten a confirmation from bank that money was deducted. We are not getting any kind of support as well. I have mailed the support with all the details required.

Let's start with the Community login issue. Could you tell me a bit more about what's happening? For example, when you go to log into Community, does it skip the login screen entirely and drop you straight into a different account, or does it show you logging in but land on the wrong account after?

A couple of things to try in the meantime:

  1. Log out of your Community account first. You can do this from your profile icon in the top right of the Community page → Log out.
  2. Then log out of your Figma account entirely (from figma.com, same profile icon → Log out), and log back in using the credentials for the account you want to use.
  3. Once you're confirmed logged into the correct Figma account, open Community again and check whether it's now showing the right one.

We've seen this pattern before, and logging out fully at both levels (rather than just switching within Community) usually resolves it. Let me know what happens after you try this, and if possible, a quick screen recording of the steps and what you're seeing would really help us pin down what's going on.
 

Now, on the duplicate charges, since you already have bank confirmation of both charges but don't see them reflected in your Figma account, I'd recommend checking your seats and billing/plan settings first to confirm what's currently active on your account. I can't look into account specifics here on the forum for security reasons. Since you've already emailed support, do you have a case number yet? I wasn’t able to find out support ticket internally, I can escalate your ticket internally.
