I have a problem with my account because you still billing me and a I eliminated my account and I need you stop billing me

Hey ​@Omar Santoyo , thank you flagging this and sorry to hear you are having issue with your billings! First of all, please double check you have cancel your Professional plan. You can find information on downgrading your Professional Plan on our Help Center. I'll paste the instructions below for you as well. 

To cancel your Professional plan subscription:

  1. Using the browser or Figma desktop app, locate the Professional team in the file browser sidebar.
  2. Click  Admin.
  3. Select the  Settings tab.
  4. In the Plan section, click Cancel plan.
  5. Figma will ask you for a cancellation reason. Select the most appropriate reason and click Cancel plan.

I see in the backend that you have also reached out to the support team, thank you! Someone will reply you soon and will take a closer look at your billing to confirm it.
