I need help with a verification error for the Figma Education Plan.

I am a teacher at an educational institution approved for the Figma Education Plan.
My own Figma account was successfully verified for the Education Plan, but my students’ verification has not been completed correctly, and their Figma accounts are currently experiencing issues.
It’s possible that an automated verification error was triggered because multiple students uploaded the same course syllabus (lesson plan) PDF.
Would it be possible for your support team to help resolve this issue?

Hey ​@SuzukiYuki , Celine from Figma here! Sorry to hear that your students are having issues to verify their status.

If your students are seeing  “Verification Limit Exceeded” message or any denial, the next step is to reach out to SheerID again and continue working with them directly. They will be able to review your documents, reset verification attempts, handle appeals, and decide eligibility for your students. Figma cannot access or validate any of this information. You can contact the SheerID support team here.

I’ve instructed each student to submit the form to SheerID, and I’m currently trying to establish contact with SheerID.
