For the Figma desktop app on macOS, the minimum system requirement is macOS 12 or later. Since your MacBook is currently running macOS 11.7, it doesn’t meet the requirement to install or use the desktop app. (You can find more details in our guide here)
At this point, the available option is to upgrade your Mac to macOS 12 or newer, or use Figma on a device that already supports a newer operating system. I know that’s not ideal, but updating the OS is required in order to continue using Figma. Thanks for your understanding!
