I'm unable to access my account.

Hello!

I have lost access to my account due to a technical failure of the device where my login credentials were stored. Currently, I also do not have access to the email address linked to the account, and it is impossible for me to recover it.

I am ready to provide any necessary proof of account ownership, including:
• The linked email address and community nickname;
• Screenshots of my work projects;
• Links to projects and project names;
• Any other data that can help verify my identity.

Could you please advise on how I can restore access to my account?

I understand that you’ve lost access to the email address linked to your Figma account and are looking for a way to regain access.

 

If emails from the original account email are being forwarded to your current address, the easiest way to recover access is to reset your password. Once you’re logged in, you can update the email address in your account settings.

If you’re not forwarding emails from that address, our support team can help manually update the email address for you.
