I'm on the starter plan but my card is being charged

You’re right that the Starter plan itself is free. May I ask if you recently downgraded from a paid plan? If so, that could explain what you’re seeing. When a paid seat is removed or downgraded mid-cycle, the remaining time on that seat is still billed through the end of the current billing period. This article walks through that scenario in more detail: There are additional charges in my Figma bill → My bill is higher than expected.

We don’t issue prorated refunds when a paid seat is downgraded to a free View seat or removed. However, another person on your team can use that paid seat for the remainder of the billing period, or you can remove it at your next renewal if it’s no longer needed.
