
Hi Figma Support Team,
I am writing to report a persistent issue where I am unable to receive account verification codes, although I am still receiving other regular notifications and emails from Figma.
To resolve this, I have already taken the following steps:

Whitelisting: I have added
support@figma.comto my email whitelist (allowlist). -
Provider Consultation: I contacted my email service provider regarding this issue. Their technical team suggested that if the sender's address is already whitelisted but the email still doesn't arrive, the problem likely lies with the sender's SPF/DMARC verification configuration.
Specifically, my provider stated: "If the sender has SPF/DMARC verification issues, they need to adjust their mailing configuration on their end."
Could you please have your technical team investigate if there are any authentication or delivery failures specifically related to the verification code emails sent to my account?
