I have to cancel my Config 2026 ticket for budget reasons :(

Sorry to hear that you're unable to attend Config this year!

We'd like to let you know that you're welcome to join our virtual Config experience (always free!), which you can register for at config.figma.com.

Regarding the refund, as mentioned in the Config FAQ under “Registration”, the deadline to cancel for a full refund was May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Unfortunately, as that date has now passed.

If you have any further questions or concerns, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team directly, as they'll be best placed to assist:

Go to the Support Hub → Type "Config" → Click "Start a chat"

If you'd still like to cancel your ticket, here's how:

1. Go to config.figma.com and select "Log in"
2. Enter your Config credentials (the email and password you used to register for Config)
3. Select "MY PROFILE" in the upper right corner
4. Select "Manage Tickets" and then "CANCEL TICKET" You may need to log in again depending on your cache settings.
