Has anyone else have both monthly and annual subscription on there account? I’m the only user so it can’t be for another seat. 

I’m being charged £16.80 (around $22USD) a month when I already paid £158.40 (around $204 USD) back in June Last year. 

 

Your monthly subscription renews on March 25, 2025 and your annual subscription renews on June 25, 2025. We'll notify you beforehand.

 

I’ve tried contacting support twice already over the last 2 months, but never had any reply (and yes, I’ve checked my spam folder).

I see your tickets about this issue on our end. We tried to email you at the address we have for your account, but seems we encountered a server-related issue that prevented successful delivery.

Also, I suggest having an administrator configure email notifications to receive alerts whenever a user upgrades to a paid seat.
