I have a ticket but can not attend

Hi, Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency in my family, I need to travel to India and will no longer be able to attend the conference.

Could you please let me know if it is possible to either transfer my ticket to someone else at the same price I purchased it for, or cancel the registration and receive a refund?

I would appreciate your guidance on the available options.
