Figma AI access is typically granted on a team-specific basis, so I’d recommend checking which team you were working with by using the team picker in the sidebar.

It’s possible that the AI features are still available under one of your existing teams. If you’ve already checked and still can’t find them, I can help finding in what team you were granted access to Figma AI.

Hey, I have a similar issue. One of my ex teamates (owner of figma org, back then) had access to figma AI beta for a few days around last October. But only she could use it, no other team member had it even though the settings was enabled. And since then, we haven’t since any change. I am now the owner/admin for billing and adding people and no one in my team has access to figma AI. Why is that? Please do let me know as soon as possible.

Since Figma AI access is typically granted on a team-specific basis, it might be helpful to check with your ex-teammate to see which team had access back in October. If they were part of a different team at the time, that could explain why the rest of your team didn’t receive access.

She and all of us were in the same team and we are using the same team plan right now too. The ownership has just been transferred to me, no other change.
