I got a new member going monthly, and i already have an assigned yearly paid seat, but it’s being charged minthly.

Hey, so i got a company that has 4 full seats already paid for anually. I downgraded a few people to “only view”, so now i have only 3 people working full on these assigned seats. But recently i got a new worker, and i’m being charged monthly for her. How can i get her in that already paid seat? Thank you already!

Hey hey ​@Anna Clara 👋 Thanks for the question. I’m happy to dig in.

When you move someone to a viewer seat, their full seat becomes unassigned and available to give to someone else — it isn't automatically removed from your plan. If your new hire's account doesn't currently have one of those open full seats, you can assign her directly: go to Admin > People tab, click her current seat type, and select the available full seat instead. That should stop the separate monthly charge.

Let us know if the seat doesn't show as available when you go to reassign it — we’ll get it figured out together.
