@Anaaannya Sorry for the confusion on the credits system. If you’ve never attempted to use AI in any of our products, I’m also unsure of what may be triggering the rate limit message to appear. Just to make sure: did you mean you’ve never used AI before at all, or that it was the first time you have been trying to use it today?
After first reading your post, my first thought was similar to what @Nellya said, and that you may have been accidentally using AI without realizing it. I can’t confirm or deny that to be the explanation on my end, but I can get you connected to the support team who may be able to help provide that clarity.
Just some quick questions:
What type of plan do you currently have? Do you own only one pro team with a full seat? Are you on an education plan?
Do you have two different Figma accounts?
What prompt were you trying to enter (if you can remember the exact phrase)
