I cant verify student plan

I am a student at Colorado Mesa University but my verification keeps getting declined. I submitted the exact same proof of education as my class mates but I got declined while other classmates got accepted. I received this message, “Thank you for uploading your documentation for confirmation. Unfortunately we were unable to confirm your status” three times. 

 

I contacted SheerId about my problem but never received a response. I was told by a classmate that SheerId wasnt able to help him and he recommended I came here.

I understand you’re running into verification issues while your classmates were able to get approved using similar documentation.

 

Education verifications for Figma for Education are handled entirely by SheerID, and unfortunately Figma isn’t able to manually verify or override individual verification results.

Figma’s policy requires all users to verify using a school-issued email address. Could you please confirm the following?

  • Did you log in to Figma using the school-issued email address you’re trying to verify when you applied?
  • Did you apply at https://www.figma.com/education/apply using that same email address?

If you’ve confirmed the above and are still being declined, please reply here with a bit more detail and I’ll check with our team.

I used my school email and I applied at figma.com/education. I had a classmate who left a response on the forum and they WERE able to approve his verification through the forums. I don’t see why you couldn’t do the same for me.

Ive already emailed them and they never responded. I will try again.

I’m sorry you’re running into this issue—that’s understandably frustrating, especially since the same documents worked for your classmates. If SheerID hasn’t responded, I recommend double-checking that your document clearly shows your full name, current enrollment term, and Colorado Mesa University, and then submitting it again if possible. You may also want to contact Colorado Mesa University’s registrar or IT support to confirm how your enrollment is listed, as discrepancies there can sometimes cause verification failures.
