i logged in last night to my figma account and i couldnt find any of my files or drafts. my plugins have all disapeared, inluding all my components, customized colors and styles. I have nothing on my account now. Everything i ever did on my account has all been wiped out. please what do i do? could this be a glitch?

Sounds like you logged into a different account. Do you have a link to any of your files? Maybe you copied and sent it to someone?
