I cannot access my student files, and I need them ASAP!

My Education Plan was not reopened even though i received a verification message, and now I get the “Verification limit exceeded” message, but have not been granted access yet. I'm a few days from finishing my education, and I will then lose access to my student mail instantly. I had access for my first semester, but have yet to get access for semester 2. I need access to my files ASAP to be able to move my files before it's too late. Please help! 😭

I understand you’re having trouble verifying your Education status.

 

It sounds like you applied through figma.com/education/apply and are now seeing the “Verification limit exceeded” message.
Once you reach your verification limit, you’ll need to contact SheerID Support to have your limit reset so you can continue the verification process.

If you’ve already contacted SheerID and haven’t received a reply after sometime, we recommend reaching out to education@figma.com so our Education team can investigate further.


I also checked on our end and saw that your account was previously verified as a bootcamp student, but that verification has since expired.
If you need to verify again as a bootcamp student, please note that this type of verification is managed by your Bootcamp Admin.
If you’re not sure who your Bootcamp Admin is, your Bootcamp Instructor should be able to help.
