I canceled my subscription, but the money came out. 

pay time is 2026.04.08 15:41:36 in KOREA time. 

I checked that it was changed to a free plan and it's ridiculous. Please give me a refund right away.

Just to share a bit more context in the meantime: after cancelling a Professional plan, access typically continues until the end of the current billing period. In some cases, charges can still occur if there were additional seats added or prorated adjustments before the cancellation took effect. These charges are generally non-refundable per our billing policy.

I didn't get the right solution with that ticket(#1837035) number. I want a refund for the wrong money that went out of my account. I canceled all my pygma subscriptions and confirmed that the wrong money went out this month, so I think my refund is justified.
