This happens when you’ve tried student verification too many times in a short period. The limit is enforced automatically and can’t be reset by retrying. Wait for the cooldown period shown on your account, then try again with the correct school email or documents. If it doesn’t reset after the wait, contact Figma Support from the Help Center and ask them to manually reset the student verification limit.
Hey @WANG YUWEN, it does sound like your account is in the Verification Limit Exceeded state. When that happens, the verification process is fully managed by SheerID, which means the lock and reset controls sit entirely on their side.
